As a true Kentucky native, he pursued his undergraduate degree at the University of Kentucky. He later completed medical school at the University of North Texas in Fort Worth. Dr. Bertram then completed his Internal Medicine residency at the University of Louisville.

Christy is a visionary occupational therapist, entrepreneur, and the driving force behind Empowered. Her passion for helping others led her to work in various medical settings since the early 1990s.

Christy believes in the power of aesthetics to boost patients' self-esteem and overall well-being, which led her to embrace this aspect and her expertise in occupational therapy. Her therapeutic philosophy takes a holistic approach, focusing on the well-being of her patients above all else. Christy encourages patients to consider the impact of lifestyle habits, empowering them to take charge of their health. After all, she won't promote anything she wouldn't do herself.

Keaton is a licensed esthetician, graduating from Campbellsville University's esteemed School of Esthetics. Hailing from Columbia, Kentucky, Keaton brings her lifelong passion for skincare and beauty to her community!
With a dedication to personalized treatments and glowing recommendations, Keaton works tirelessly to enhance the health and appearance of your skin. Keaton offers a wide range of services including rejuvenating dermaplaning facials and indulgent body treatments infused with massage therapy.

Keaton's expertise extends to dermaplaning, back facials, waxing, and brow/lash enhancements. Working under physician supervision, she delivers medical-grade skincare and results-driven treatments alongside therapeutic relaxation services.
